Good room, nice breakfast. Spa and pool are small but enjoyable. Beautiful restaurant and garden with views. Quick walk to cable car.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the train station and right next to the small river that runs through the town. It was also within walking distance of the center and the Sunnegga funicular. The room had an excellent view of the Matterhorn and the river, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good selection. The hotel also had great facilities, such as an indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room.
There was a lack of counter space for toiletries in the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent room service and kept the place spotlessly clean. The spa and wellness center was a real highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi that were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The live entertainment in the bar was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the full body massage at the spa lounge. The sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers offered stunning views of the surroundings. the hotel provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great breakfast, freshly made omelettes, Cremant, fantastic spa area with heated pools, massage and wellness space. Strong jets in pool, large hot tubs, sauna, hammam. Very nice afternoon tea with live piano player, delicious cakes, fresh whip cream. Fine hotel, helpful staff, comfortable bed, amazing shower, very nice balcony and view. Excellent food at Melted and La Ginabelle restaurants, extensive wine list. Shuttle service from train station.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the center and right next to the small river that runs through this city. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

We were thrilled with our recent stay at a beautiful facility in a great location. The hotel staff were pretty good too provide us with a room overlooking the fine Matterhorn. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the kid-friendly options. Our children loved the playroom and we appreciated the separate setup for them at breakfast. The pool was a highlight, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
